Let's see where to start.. well 1st I'd like to start by saying I'm a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. I like to say "God creates the beauty, I'm blessed to capture it." Next, I'm blessed to be the wife to Giancarlo Jarquin, a business owner that loves to preach and teach the word of God. 11 years of marriage and just loving every moment of it! I'm a Mama of 3 beautiful kiddos! Nevaeh (17) Talitha (10) and Ezekiel (6), they keep me on my toes everyday all day but honestly I wouldn't want it any other way. And the latest BIG news is we just bought our FIRST Home!! So Alena Jarquin Photography has moved to Beaumont!! Almost 35 years of living in Riverside and now living in Beaumont. Don't worry I'm serving all surrounding areas of the IE!
Almost 10 years ago, after having our 2nd daughter, my husband bought me a Canon Rebel T5 (which I use to this day) and pretty much told me to go explore the world and capture it's beauty. For many years I took family and friends photos and enjoyed the creative outlet photography. Three years ago during the middle of a Pandemic (2020 was a wild one, right?) I decided to start my own business! And now as a Two time published photographer, all I want to do is capture the beauty you've already been given by God and turn those moments into everlasting memories.
